We provide professional visualisation and analytics consulting for financial planning dashboards and related engagements described on this site. Descriptions are informational; a signed statement of work governs each paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and pre-existing methods remain our property. Deliverables created for a client under a statement of work transfer as specified in that agreement—typically client ownership of final charts and documentation after full payment, with Mind Beaconcore retaining rights to anonymised process materials.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit false contact information.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Mind Beaconcore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid under the relevant statement of work unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We do not provide statutory audit, legal, or investment advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
