Voices from CFOs, controllers, and FP&A leads who commissioned financial planning dashboard work with Mind Beaconcore.

Annotated planning chart printouts from a completed engagement

“They spent the first week mapping our GL extracts before drawing a single chart. The runway view finally matched what our bank covenants actually measure—though we still wish the sales feed had been cleaner sooner.”

Narin Chaiyasit · CFO, regional manufacturing group · Financial Planning Dashboard Commission

“Our board pack used to open with twelve dense tables. After the redesign, directors ask about three decisions instead of hunting for the variance line.”

Pimchanok Srisawat · Company secretary, logistics enterprise · Board Pack Visual Redesign

“The assessment uncovered that our forecast workbook double-counted intercompany transfers. Uncomfortable, but it stopped us building charts on broken numbers.”

Elliot Hartwell · FP&A lead, hospitality portfolio · Planning Data Assessment

“Workshop seating was tight in our Sukhumvit meeting room, yet every analyst left able to refresh the monthly cash view without calling IT.”

Anchalee Phongphai · Controller, mid-market retailer · Finance Team Visualisation Workshop

Extended note: manufacturing cash runway

A regional manufacturer approached us three weeks before covenant reporting. Their workbook showed twelve months of cash, yet the bank measured a narrower definition that excluded certain receivables. During discovery we rebuilt the runway strip against covenant language, flagged two weeks of double-counted intercompany cash, and delivered a single page the CFO could defend in the lender call.

The engagement stayed within six weeks because source extracts were already scheduled nightly. Coaching focused on how the FP&A lead refreshes the strip after each close—not on decorative chart options.
