Refund and cancellation

This policy applies to professional engagements and workshops offered by Mind Beaconcore Co., Ltd., including financial planning dashboard commissions, assessments, board pack redesigns, and visualisation workshops.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on engagement type, work already performed, and notice given. Written requests should go to info@mind-beaconcore.click with your statement of work reference.

Deposits

Dashboard commissions and redesigns typically require a deposit to reserve discovery dates. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled discovery start, we refund the deposit minus any third-party room or travel costs already committed. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit unless we reschedule by mutual agreement.

Work already started

Once discovery or assessment interviews begin, fees for completed stages are payable. Unused future stages may be refunded proportionally after we issue a written change order. Materials prepared specifically for your engagement (custom chart templates, documentation) remain billable for the hours already delivered.

Workshops

Workshop seats may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 7 days before the session for a full fee credit toward a later date within six months. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable, though you may transfer the seat to a colleague. No-shows are charged in full.

Partial refunds

If we terminate an engagement for reasons within our control and without delivering the agreed stage, you receive a refund for undelivered stages. If delays arise from missing client data access, calendar holds may shift without automatic refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or another method agreed in writing. Bank transfer timelines in Thailand may add a few days.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available. Consumer-specific protections apply where you qualify as a consumer under applicable rules.
